Use the Kids On Stage online form for your child to provide information to the various producers or applicants who need it to apply for performance licences on your child's behalf.
Having done it once you can use the old data again and again - keeping it up to date is a lot simpler than starting from scratch each time!
You are in control of who gets to see the data you enter - no one can see it except the people you give the Share Key to, and the LA providing the licence.

You and your spouse can both work together to keep the data up to date. Each of you can see the changes made by the other people that have access to the form. Allowing another person in to access your child's data is done on an invitation basis - you are in control.
