What KoS can help with
If you do then KoS might be able to help.
If nothing else you can manage your applications as a to-do list - but if you are a bigger organisation you can share work amongst your team of colleagues, and keep a good overall picture of how things are going.
KoS is quite new. We would like to build in a database of productions, roles, dates and children involved. Right now we just show the forms as they appear on paper - but we are aware this could be improved.
You can remove the data whenever you like.
If you are involved with a sponsoring Local Authority your use of the system is comprehensive and free - right up to licence delivery and renewal. Changes you make to your form are automatically made available to the LA - no need to inform them - it is automatic.
If you are involved with additional LAs and would like to use the system with them our options are more limited. However you can proceed to a printout - or download PDF - which you can use as an email submission.
