If the LA in question has subscribed to the service the system is entirely online. Your submission is made at the click of a button, and the LA provides the licence straight into your pages on Kids On Stage. You can ask for changes to your licence, and turnaround to obtaining a revised licence can be as quick as 20 minutes.
If the LA has not subscribed to the service your form can be downloaded as a single PDF which can either be printed out and posted, or emailed to your LA. The PDF integrates all your documentation into one file which makes things very easy to manage.
